Growing up in a rural background with a diverse family—including lawyers, equestrians, fishermen, farmers, butchers, and boat builders has provided Calum with a broad perspective on supporting all aspects of business, with a strong emphasis on quality.
Calum obtained his DipWCF in 2000, following a 4½-year Farriery apprenticeship in Doncaster alongside studies at Warwickshire College. Serving a large area of the East Midlands, Calum is one of the most sought-after farriers in the region, primarily focusing on sports horses and maintaining horses in optimal comfort to enable peak performance. He also enjoys sharing his knowledge through lectures and demonstrations to industry professionals and youth organizations. 2025 will mark Calum’s 25th anniversary as a registered farrier, a significant milestone that was celebrated accordingly.
Recognized as the commentator for the renowned Southwell Ploughing Match and show, Calum has also recently assumed the role of Vice Chairman of the Southwell Agricultural Society, complementing his position as President Elect of Nottinghamshire Young Farmers.
With a passion for conservation, alongside a competitive clay shot, Calum is an integral part of our Land and Deer Management team, holding the Deer Management Qualification, DSC Level 1.

Chloe is a Health and Safety professional with a strong background in agriculture, estates, and leisure industries. Growing up in rural Nottinghamshire, she developed a deep understanding of rural operations and their unique challenges.
After an early career in beauty therapy and estate agency, Chloe transitioned into agriculture, where her health and safety career began.
She gained valuable experience working alongside the executive team of a large-scale and diverse farming enterprise in Lincolnshire, earning her NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety, qualifying as a First Aid trainer, and becoming a CPSA-qualified Safety Officer.
Chloe now provides health and safety expertise to several large agricultural, estate, and leisure businesses, supporting their commitment to safe, efficient, and sustainable operations.
Outside of her professional work, Chloe enjoys clay shooting and participating in triathlons, reflecting her drive and commitment both personally and professionally.

As the Son of Calum and Chloe, Richard was born into a strong rural tradition, developing a lifelong passion for the countryside, agriculture, and conservation; Richard is also an accomplished sportsman, having been a well respected and dependable player for local rugby clubs and is a competitive clay shot.
Richard’s interest in rural industries began early, working part-time on a large arable farm alongside gaining experience with a leading land agency firm; all whilst completing his studies at Tuxford Academy where he achieved his GCSEs and A Levels.
Following this, he completed an apprenticeship with Edmond Shipway LLP alongside earning his degree in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management at Nottingham Trent University, graduating in 2021.. During this time, he gained hands-on experience across a wide range of projects, with his most notable role being an integral part of the Project and Commercial Team for the Centre Parcs Ireland development.
In 2023, he joined Hammond Produce as Head of Commercial, where he continues to oversee strategic commercial operations. Alongside his full-time role, Richard is qualified with DSC1 and provides expert advice on deer and countryside management, as well as project support, drawing on his extensive industry knowledge.
